The participant registration fee includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions and to the exhibition programme
• Abstract book, conference bag and certificate of attendance
• Lunches and refreshment breaks as per the meeting schedule
• The possibility to book the Symposium Banquet at a reduced fee

Every participant will receive a confirmation of his booking. An automatic reply will immediately follow any online registration and a subsequent final confirmation will be sent by email once your registration has been processed by our secretariat. If you do not receive a confirmation, please send an email to secretariat@LDOrganisation.com to make sure that we have received your booking. Within two weeks from the confirmation, an invoice for your participation will be sent by our accounting department. Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately.

All registrations which have been confirmed by LD Organisation are considered valid registrations, unless cancelled within two weeks from the registration date. After this period, cancellation fees are due. However in case an abstract is not accepted for presentation at the symposium, no cancellation fee will be due. Only registered participants will have access to all services provided by the Symposium Secretariat.

The official symposium language is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Neither the organisers nor LD Organisation will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage and injury to persons or property during the conference. Participants are recommended to arrange for their personal travel and health insurance.

To facilitate networking, the list of participants will be included in the book of abstracts. This list will only be provided to registered attendees, and will not be distributed outside the conference.

Nor the Organisers nor LD Organisation sell email lists of symposium participants. Distribution or impropriate use of the delegate list is prohibited. Any third party company reaching out to symposium participants and exhibitors offering to sell these lists are an attempt of fraud, with the objective of obtaining credit card information. We are aware of this issue but have no affiliation with these companies. Please ignore any sollicitation of this kind. You can contact us at secretariat@LDOrganisation.com for any further questions.

During the event, pictures and video footage might be taken by the organisers for future promotional use. By visiting the conference, you agree that these images may be used without your further approval and that you waive derived rights. Please note that taking pictures of the presentations shown on screen is strictly forbidden.
